ApneIA Conecte – um recurso para seguimento clínico de pacientes

Resumen

Objetivos: Desarrollar y validar la plataforma digital ApneIA Conecte como recurso coadyuvante en el seguimiento fisioterapéutico de individuos con apnea obstructiva tratados con presión positiva. Métodos: La construcción de la plataforma siguió el método Falkembach con análisis y planificación, modelado, implementación, evaluación, mantenimiento y distribución. La plataforma se construyó utilizando herramientas de código abierto, en la nube para el almacenamiento de datos y la autenticación de usuarios. Su usabilidad fue evaluada mediante la Escala de Usabilidad del Sistema (SUS). Resultados: La plataforma se construyó utilizando Figma y el marco Flutter, 60% de los jueces fisioterapeutas clasificaron la plataforma como “Mejor imaginable” y la puntuación media total obtenida en la escala SUS fue de 79,5 (excelente). Conclusiones: La plataforma presenta una usabilidad adecuada, con potencial de presentarse como un nuevo producto tecnológico para fisioterapeutas que trabajan con trastornos del sueño para ampliar el seguimiento clínico de los pacientes.
